Refund policy

All items are FINAL SALE due to customisation options and other sanitary purposes. We do not issue refunds or returns. Store credit will be issued only if an item is incorrect. Please keep in mind that all items are handmade and designed to your custom requests. 

Once items leave our office we are not responsible for damages that can occur during transit as all items are inspected and packaged thoroughly being sent out with zero damages.
