We do not accept cancellations after 24 hours as your item(s) have already begun production and customisation.

At Bling Boss we take pride in our work and hold all items to the highest standard. With that we take care with your items and package them to the best of our abilities. We are not responsible for damaged items during shipping. We hope all items arrive in perfect condition. 

In the event that an incorrect item has been sent, you will receive store credit.

We have certain processing times for handmade items - all processing times are listed at checkout before finalising order.

we are not responsible for lost packages or insufficient addresses.

We love creating unique items at your request! To ensure that your designs and ideas are exactly how you would like them, we ask that you be very specific in the notes section for custom orders.

 We will make the item(s) according to your description. Therefore, we are not responsible if you did not input the information for custom orders correctly- ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

For Bling cups, if you do not leave a note for lettering colour we will pick this for you. Be sure to be clear and descriptive for your order.
